Cookie Policy
This Cookie Policy explains how Dink Play (RRM DEVCORE SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT SERVICES) uses cookies and similar technologies (such as local storage) on the Dink Play website. It supplements our Privacy Policy and is written with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) in mind: where a cookie or similar tool processes personal information, we rely on your consent for anything that is not strictly necessary.
1. What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files stored on your device by your browser. Similar technologies, such as local storage, work the same way for our purposes. Cookies set by us are "first-party"; cookies set by another organisation whose service we embed are "third-party".
2. Your choices
When you first visit, a banner asks you to accept all, reject non-essential, or choose. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time with the "Cookie preferences" link in the footer or on this page; withdrawing is as easy as giving consent. Strictly necessary cookies cannot be turned off because the Platform cannot work without them. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser, but parts of the Platform may then stop working.

If you decline preference storage we still honour your device's light/dark setting but do not remember a different choice.
Analytics and performance (on only with consent)
We use Google Analytics 4 (Google LLC) to understand how the site is used (pages visited, devices, rough location) so we can improve it. It is off until you allow analytics; if you decline, or later withdraw consent, no data is sent to Google and the cookies below are removed. IP addresses are anonymised and the tag is never loaded on staff, account or payment pages.

Google may process this data on servers outside the Philippines, under Google's privacy policy.
Marketing (on only with consent)
We do not currently use advertising or marketing cookies. If that changes, they will remain off until you consent and will be listed here first.

4. Consent records
When you make a choice we store it in the dink_consent cookie on your device. If you are signed in we may also keep a record of your choice, the date and the policy version, so we can show that consent was given or withdrawn.
5. Changes
If we add or change a non-essential cookie, we update this page and ask for your consent again before using it.
